These values are part of the daily routine of our entire community: students, families, and employees. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receiving invoices; * Creating payment orders; * Financial classification of expenses; * Recording and clearing credit card purchases; * Requesting approval for payment orders; * Generating bank files; * Sending documents via bank remittance; * Clearing returned bank files; * Bank reconciliation for accounts payable; monitoring advances made; * Daily monitoring via bank return reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Understanding of basic accounts payable principles; * Attention to payment deadlines and dates; * Organization and document control; * Ability to collaborate with teams from other departments; concentration on task execution and details; agility; ability to distinguish between CASH and ACCRUAL accounting; * Knowledge of the SENIOR system and experience with integrated financial management systems linked to accounting will be an advantage.
