Opportunity to work in Serra: REQUIREMENTS * Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Pedagogy, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields; * Experience in T&D processes: Training Needs Assessment (TNA), schedule development, implementation, and effectiveness evaluation; * Experience in performance evaluation; * Knowledge of Apprenticeship/Internship Programs; * Practical experience with culture, climate, and endomarketing initiatives; * Proficiency in Excel.
