This role plays a critical part in protecting the PPP’s CAPEX by reducing rework risks, late adjustments, contract amendments, and negative impacts on future asset operational performance.* ️ **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break. ️ **Meal Allowance / Food Voucher** – support for your daily meals **Christmas Basket** – a special year-end gesture; **Health Insurance Plan** – comprehensive care for you; **Dental Insurance Plan** – always up-to-date oral health; ️ **Life Insurance (at no cost)** – protection for you and your family; **Transportation Voucher** – convenience for your daily commute; **Medication Assistance** – financial support for treatments and prescriptions; ️ **Wellhub** – access to gyms and physical activities; **Pluxee Cuida** – psychological, social, nutritional, and consulting support; Responsibilities and Duties * Provide technical oversight of sanitation projects and services, ensuring compliance with specifications, deadlines, budgets, and established quality standards; * Analyze public sewage network designs and extensions for future developments and subdivisions, supporting internal technical approval processes; * Support the development and updating of project physical and financial planning, providing technical and quantitative inputs; * Contribute to CAPEX control during the design phase by evaluating technical solutions from cost, constructability, and performance perspectives; * Monitor interdisciplinary coordination, anticipating potential interferences and minimizing revisions in advanced phases; * Support the definition and review of quantities, construction methods, and technical assumptions used in projects and estimates; * Prepare estimates for public sewage networks based on designs and technical references; * Draft technical opinions and reports to support investment decisions, scope adjustments, and internal company analyses; * Support leadership in evaluating new technologies, technical solutions, or construction methods applicable to projects; * Ensure implementation of occupational health, safety, and medicine procedures in project-related routines; * Monitor and control the technical movement of materials and supplies linked to projects; * Support the definition and requisition of supplies according to the execution plan, contributing to alignment among design, construction, and procurement; * Support analysis of technical inspection requests, consolidated information reports, and photographic records where applicable; * Participate technically in discussions and meetings with internal departments, clients, or users, maintaining technical focus and project alignment; * Provide technical input for measurements, management reports, and project indicators; * Support implementation of technical and structural improvements in systems and projects, per guidelines and instructions from immediate leadership. Requirements and Qualifications **Education:** Bachelor’s degree. **Fields:** Civil Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related disciplines.* ️⃣ Experience in technical oversight of sanitation or infrastructure projects; * ️⃣ Knowledge of budget preparation and analysis, quantity take-offs, and technical solutions; * ️⃣ Ability to read, interpret, and critically analyze technical designs and specifications; * ️⃣ Integrated technical collaboration with construction, procurement, and planning departments. Desirable Requirements * ️⃣ Experience in projects associated with sanitation concessions or PPPs; * ️⃣ Experience in sewage network, pumping station, or wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) projects; * ️⃣ Knowledge of technical standardization and value engineering applied to projects.
