Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing and controlling transportation operations, including trips, CT-es, driver per diems, and partner registration. Key Highlights: 1. Travel and transportation operations management and control 2. Operational team support and driver per diem control 3. CT-e issuance and resolution of pending issues, and partner registration Your mission will be to: - Initiate, transmit, and close trips; - Support coordination with the operational team, branches, and sales representatives, ensuring correct cargo transfers; - Control and monitor per diems for truck drivers; - Issue and sort CT-e protocols; - Register partners and agents, monitoring expiration dates of surveys and compliance with the insurance provider; - Issue and verify transport documents (CT-es), overseeing measurements, calculations, and printouts; - Resolve CT-e pending issues (e.g., unendorsed or non-transferred); Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) * Transportation allowance * Wellhub (Gympass) partnership * Dental care (after probationary period) * Life insurance * On-site meals * Telemedicine or medical assistance, depending on regional eligibility * Psychological support platform * Meal allowance * Pharmacy discount program
