Support in producing content and internal campaigns. **Job Description:** We seek a communicative, organized, and proactive individual to handle customer service, front desk duties, and support internal marketing initiatives. The professional will be responsible for delivering an outstanding patient experience from the first point of contact, as well as carrying out small tasks that reinforce care and the clinic’s identity. **Responsibilities:** * Greet patients courteously, attentively, and professionally. * Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service. * Manage the appointment schedule and confirm appointments. * Prepare and organize gifts, kits, or small tokens to delight patients. * Assist with reception ambiance and organization. * Support and execute internal marketing initiatives, such as: * creating short-form content (Instagram Stories, photos, simple captions); * supporting internal campaigns and seasonal celebrations; * documenting patient moments (with authorization). * Maintain communication aligned with the clinic’s standards. * Perform basic administrative tasks when necessary. **Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility. * Friendliness, empathy, and a customer delight focus. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. * Familiarity with social media and basic content creation (a plus). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in public-facing roles or front desk positions. * Experience in healthcare or aesthetics. * Creativity and manual dexterity for assembling gifts. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM **Perk:** We offer collective holidays during Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
