Description: * High school diploma * Monitor in real time the telematics and fatigue detection systems, according to PGS\-007245 guidelines; * Identify and report incidents of behavioral deviation, fatigue, and critical driving, following the standardized handling procedure; * Prioritize incidents by level of criticality and ensure proper recording and updating in the corporate system; * Support video and supplementary record analysis, providing information for investigation of critical incidents; * Verify the functionality of monitoring tools and systems, reporting failures or inconsistencies to responsible technical teams; * Perform daily review of recorded incidents, checking information consistency and correspondence between contact lists and monitored vehicles; * Track incident follow-ups via internal system and SAP, updating statuses and ensuring traceability of actions taken; * Prepare shift handover reports, consolidating relevant occurrences, pending items, and recommendations for operational continuity; * Assist technical team in sample validations of dismissed incidents and compliance with operational procedures; * Collaborate with internal audits by providing requested data, reports, and information; * Perform administrative support tasks related to the area, such as updating contact lists and record keeping; * Work collaboratively with the monitoring team and other departments, ensuring smooth information flow and adherence to quality standards; * Comply with safety and information confidentiality procedures and regulations; * Open tickets for non-functional equipment based on reports provided by Sillion; * Monitor pending maintenance and verify completion of performed services; * Consolidate maintenance information and send it to responsible departments; * Participate in supplier follow-up meetings when necessary; * Perform other related tasks of similar complexity. 2510240202201829463
