Job Summary: Accounting professional responsible for monthly closing, reconciliation review, and results analysis, ensuring financial, accounting, and tax consistency. Key Highlights: 1. Monthly accounting closing and results analysis 2. Review and validation of accounting and financial reconciliations 3. Support in organizing processes and internal controls **Key Responsibilities** * Perform and ensure monthly accounting closing (balance sheet and income statement) * Review and validate accounting and financial reconciliations * Ensure consistency among accounting, finance, and tax records * Analyze results variances and support management * Identify inconsistencies and assist in resolving discrepancies * Review tax impacts on results and identify potential tax inconsistencies or opportunities * Support the organization of processes and internal controls **Mandatory Requirements** * Degree in Accounting Sciences * Active CRC registration or in progress * Experience with full accounting closing * Experience analyzing balance sheet and income statement accounts * Experience validating accounting and financial reconciliations * Knowledge of tax concepts (regimes, main taxes, and their impact on results) * ERP experience (SAP preferred) * **Proficiency in Excel (minimum intermediate level)** **Desirable Requirements** * Experience across multiple companies or business units * Experience in results analysis (income statement variances) * Prior experience interfacing between accounting and tax departments * **Experience in high-volume transactional environments (e.g., retail, franchises, etc.)** **Expected Competencies** * Analytical and critical thinking profile * Attention to detail and data consistency * Organizational skills and deadline discipline * Technical questioning ability * Strong communication skills with non-finance areas **Additional Information:** **Benefits:** * On-site meal allowance * Uniform * Medical plan * Dental plan * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Career development plan * Wellhub (Gympass) Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$5\.000,00 \- R$7\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Relocation/moving possibility: * Vitória, ES: Relocate to or move to the job location prior to starting work (Mandatory) Education: * Completed undergraduate degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Accounting (Mandatory) License/Certification: * CRC (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
