This professional will be responsible for tracking routes, ensuring on-time delivery, guaranteeing delivery safety, and supporting real-time decision-making. The role requires attention to detail, agility in problem-solving, and strong communication skills, as the assistant will maintain constant contact with drivers, internal teams, and clients.
