Job Summary: The professional will monitor vehicles in real time, communicate with drivers, and support transportation operations, including documentation and scheduling. Key Highlights: 1. Vehicle monitoring and handling of transportation incidents. 2. Constant communication with drivers and service providers. 3. Use of tracking systems and Office suite. * **Real-Time Monitoring:** Monitor vehicles to identify unscheduled stops or route deviations. * **Communication:** Maintain constant contact with drivers (company-employed or contracted) and service providers. * **Operational Support:** Handle transportation incidents, schedule deliveries, and assist in customer-facing positioning. * **Documentation:** Enter data into systems, verify checklists, and issue documents such as manifests. **Profile and Requirements:** * **Skills:** Attention to detail, organization, agility, and strong communication skills. * **Technical:** Familiarity with tracking systems (e.g., Sascar, Autotrac, Omnilink) and Office suite.
