




Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to lead teams, optimize processes, and ensure the efficiency of logistics operations with an analytical mindset. Key Highlights: 1. KPI management and coordination of cycle inventory We are looking for a **Logistics Coordinator** to operate strategically and operationally—leading teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring logistics operational efficiency. If you possess leadership qualities, an analytical mindset, and relevant experience, this opportunity may be right for you. **Key Responsibilities:** Coordinate work jointly with management/supervision to identify and propose improvements in team and process performance; Lead the team through training, qualification, evaluation (via KPI analysis and management), task assignment, monitoring, and problem resolution; Monitor and coordinate cycle inventory, ensuring its execution and maintaining updated KPIs to define solutions for identified discrepancies; Maintain interface with commercial and service departments (head office and branches) to resolve order-related issues (dispatch, delivery, deadlines, etc.); Perform maintenance of system parameters in the information system; Coordinate freight negotiations / communication with carriers; Coordinate freight-related activities, cost calculation, and cost analysis; Directly coordinate a team of operational staff, lead teams, and liaise with operations, overseeing all related activities; Control delivery schedules, planning cargo deliveries within drivers’ and delivery personnel’s working hours, and provide necessary resources, equipment, and information for execution of all activities; Monitor inventory levels, control material inflow and outflow, and ensure proper product storage; Supervise staff—including forklift operators, logistics assistants, and other professionals—covering task assignment, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution. **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering; Relevant work experience is mandatory.
