You will work within a growing operation, directly impacting costs, safety, and customer service levels. You will serve as the key point of contact to ensure vehicles, drivers, and processes operate at peak performance.
* Supervise the fleet (light/heavy-duty), ensuring availability and reliability.
* Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance.
* Control documentation, licensing, insurance, and traffic fines.
* Monitor KPIs (kilometers driven, fuel consumption, tires, damages, costs).
* Manage driver and third-party teams, aligning routines and best practices.
* Support route planning and scheduling of trips/deliveries.
* Implement improvements in safety, cost reduction, and productivity.
Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Prior experience as a Fleet Supervisor/Coordinator or in a similar role.
* Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, tire management, and fuel control.
* Experience with tracking/telematics systems and working-hour monitoring.
* Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for KPI tracking.
* Strong organizational skills, analytical mindset, and ability to manage operations under pressure.
* Willingness to work on-site and on rotating shifts when required.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in logistics, transportation, or distribution companies.
* Knowledge of traffic regulations and cargo transportation standards.
* Prior involvement in road safety initiatives and defensive driving programs.
* Experience in fleet cost-reduction projects.
* Technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
