Managing vehicles within Mercado Livre sites, ensuring they remain organized and promptly comply with operational instructions; 2. Supporting the DHL and MELI Transport teams with vehicle-related information and agreed-upon deadlines to feed KPIs; 3. Paying close attention to detail and adhering to safety standards; 4. Managing vehicle entry and exit within specified time windows, using the scheduling drive provided by MELI, to ensure adherence to ETA timelines; 5. Monitoring vehicle arrivals via telephone contact according to the schedule; 6. Supporting gatehouse, dispatch, planning, client, and other relevant teams in managing vehicle entry and exit processes; 7. Supervising loading operations by coordinating with related departments and reporting potential delays; 8. Directly contacting drivers to ensure route execution; 9. Guiding drivers on-site, indicating the assigned dock, internal procedures, and HSE rules for vehicle release; 10. Reporting vehicle entry information, and loading start/completion times via standardized forms for KPI generation; 11. Reporting incidents in real time to the DHL and Mercado Livre teams via internal communication tools; 12. Complying with operational procedures and respecting DHL Supply Chain policies and standards, including those related to HSE, Quality, and the Code of Conduct. **Requirements** -------------- 1. Completed high school education; 2. Experience with administrative routines; 3. Basic knowledge of Excel; 4. Strong communication skills.
