Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for controlling the inventory of materials and equipment, performing quotations and purchases, ensuring timely deliveries, and supporting IT equipment management. Ayko, together to transform! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Control inventory of materials and equipment; * Perform quotation and procurement of materials, negotiating with suppliers to secure optimal prices and delivery timelines; * Receive, inspect, identify, and store purchased materials; * Conduct periodic inventory counts; * Record material and product entries and exits authorized for internal or external use; * Ensure timely delivery of materials to requesting departments, coordinating with carriers or internal delivery teams; * Route invoices, receipts, and purchase reports to the responsible department; * Support internal teams in managing equipment such as laptops, servers, and peripherals, including maintenance and tracking; * Maintain close relationships with suppliers to ensure delivery timelines, payment terms, and material quality; * Assist in organizing internal logistics processes, such as equipment movement between departments or other branches; * Support your supervisor in procurement department activities; * Operate company vehicles to perform external duties; * Develop and maintain updated spreadsheets used within the department; * Input data into systems (Sankhya and Ticketing System); * Respond to tickets assigned to the procurement department; * Process and track requests via e\-mails; * Availability for overtime when required. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education or currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; Basic knowledge of inventory management, inventory control, and demand planning; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Relevant work experience. **Desirable:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
