Job Summary: Ensure efficient order delivery, promote table cleanliness and turnover speed, and provide excellent customer service—including table setup and sales. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring order and cleanliness of the dining area Guarantee efficient order delivery to tables and promote cleanliness and rapid table turnover to accommodate new customers, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience through excellent service. ● Table setup. ● Service in dining areas. ● Sales processing. ● Entering items into the system. ● Guiding customers on tablet usage. ● Performing opening and/or closing procedures at the scheduled time. ● Conducting general cleaning of the dining area. ● Maintaining order within your assigned dining area.
