Collaboration with engineering, warehouse, and PCP (Production Control Planning). **About the Position** * We are seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to join a civil construction company, responsible for ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and project-aligned procurement. * This professional will play a strategic role in supplier relationship management, negotiations, and control of materials used on construction sites. **Responsibilities** * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and proposal evaluations with civil construction suppliers. * Issue purchase orders, monitor delivery schedules, and ensure compliance with agreed terms. * Develop and maintain the supplier database, continuously seeking new partnerships. * Control and monitor material procurement flow, ensuring adequate supply for construction sites and internal departments. * Analyze contracts, proposals, and supplier performance. * Track procurement KPIs and propose process improvements. * Collaborate with engineering, warehouse, and PCP to align input requirements. Requirements: * Prior experience as a Procurement Analyst, preferably in the civil construction sector. * Familiarity with procurement processes for construction materials, equipment, and outsourced services. * Knowledge of negotiation routines, contracts, and cost analysis. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and aptitude for supplier relationship management. **Preferred Qualifications:** * ERP system knowledge. * Experience in strategic procurement and KPI analysis.
