Table organization and setup for an enjoyable experience * **Customer service:** Greet customers, present the menu, clarify questions about dishes and beverages, and record orders. * **Food and beverage service:** Serve customers food and beverages, ensuring proper presentation and ideal serving temperature. * **Cleaning and organization:** Keep tables clean and organized by collecting used plates, glasses, and cutlery, and preparing tables for new customers. * **Table setup:** Perform mise en place, arranging plates, cutlery, glasses, and napkins on tables.
