Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning, organizing, and maintaining hygiene in the common areas of a condominium, as well as assisting in waste management. Key Highlights: 1. Cleaning and maintenance of the condominium's common areas 2. Ensuring organization and hygiene of the environments 3. Assisting in proper waste separation and disposal **Cleaning and maintenance**: * Clean common areas of the condominium, such as the entrance lobby, hallways, staircases, elevators, leisure areas, restrooms, among others. * Ensure organization and hygiene of the environments, guaranteeing they remain pleasant for residents and visitors. **Waste management**: * Assist in proper waste separation and disposal, observing the condominium's recycling and environmental preservation regulations.
