Your key responsibilities and duties include: Dish Execution * Prepare food according to technical specifications and brand-defined standards. * Operate kitchen equipment responsibly, safely, and precisely. * Guarantee the flavor and presentation of each dish, respecting timing and methods. Organization and Operational Pace * Maintain an organized workstation and clean utensils throughout your shift. * Anticipate demand based on order flow. * Alert leadership to any inconsistencies regarding ingredients or processes. Safety and Quality * Adhere to legal requirements for good hygiene and safe food handling practices. * Monitor food expiration dates, storage conditions, and portioning. * Support general kitchen cleaning and organization at the end of each shift.
