That’s why we’re searching for a **PLANNING AND BUDGETING ANALYST** eager to build an extraordinary legacy alongside us. **We’re looking for someone who has:** * A degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Technical qualification in building construction (preferred); * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project; * Advanced Excel skills; * ERP Sienge and Prevision knowledge (preferred); * **Proven experience in preparing, analyzing, and controlling budgets;** **Responsibilities include:** * Managing on-site financial control; * Generating reports with financial performance indicators for construction projects; * Controlling material and labor costs; * Calculating and monitoring cash flow forecasts; * Updating schedules and reporting databases; * Preparing budgets, schedules, and production and cost controls; * Supporting departments with spreadsheets and assessments related to cost composition, on-site work allocations, and schedule and cost indicators.
