We are seeking a Civil Works Site Manager to manage public projects in Vitoria\-Gasteiz and Álava, focusing on expansion joint installation in highway bridges. The candidate will report directly to Management and will be responsible for supervising and coordinating civil works and asphalt operations, organizing in-house and subcontracted teams, controlling execution to ensure deadlines, quality, and safety, managing materials and machinery, and conducting daily production monitoring while resolving incidents. The candidate will also coordinate with site management and production supervisors. Previous experience as a Civil Works Site Manager is required; experience in asphalt work, urban development, and road maintenance is desirable. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and team management skills, hold a valid Class B driver's license, and reside in Vitoria\-Gasteiz or nearby areas.
