Job Summary: Engemon is seeking a professional to work in civil construction, performing timber processing, formwork assembly, and concrete pouring supervision, within a collaborative and innovative environment. Work Environment: You will work within our civil construction business unit. Your Responsibilities Will Include: * Processing purchased timber for formwork used in ready-mix concrete application, including operation of benchtop and handheld circular saws. * Assembling formwork panels, installing/positioning them at locations specified in structural drawings, ensuring dimensional compliance, structural strength, alignment, plumbness, and watertightness of assembled components. * Supervising concrete pouring phases to verify that installed and assembled formwork remains in optimal condition during concrete placement. * Creating layout templates for site demarcation, as well as column collars for pillar installation, erecting shoring systems using steel or timber structures to support the weight of reinforced concrete elements under construction, and executing formwork removal from cast structural elements upon authorization by the project engineering team. Preferred Qualifications: * Elementary education; * Flexible working hours; * Carpentry training course (a plus); * Easy access to Rio de Janeiro’s city center.
