Join our team! **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Quantify and qualify materials, equipment, and labor based on project drawings. * Prepare detailed budgets, considering direct and indirect expenses. * Conduct market research and obtain quotations for services to compile budgets. * Monitor and control costs throughout project phases, identifying variances. * Update budgets according to project changes and market fluctuations. * Produce management reports for the leadership team. * Collaborate with engineering, architecture, procurement, and finance teams to integrate budgetary data. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; * Proven experience in preparing and controlling budgets for civil construction projects; * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in budgeting software, spreadsheets (Excel), and ERP systems; * Analytical skills and attention to detail; **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Proactivity and organizational skills; * Flexibility to adapt to changes and tight deadlines; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
