### **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Organize materials, products, and equipment, assisting in receiving, sorting, and storing them in appropriate locations; * Sort materials in the warehouse according to orders, placing them in previously designated areas for transportation; * Assist in diluting products using proper equipment, storing them in suitable containers, labeling and tagging according to POP (standard operating procedure) standards; * Assist in loading vehicles and/or trucks with materials and equipment for transport to the destination; * Assist in delivering materials and equipment to contracts, unloading and waiting for verification of delivered items; * Arrange and distribute materials required for sanitation services at contracts, checking labels against product names and expiration dates; * Maintain standard stock organization to supply workstations at contracts according to established POP (standard operating procedure) guidelines; * Perform ordering, receiving, and storage of materials while preserving their integrity and usability according to each product's characteristics, facilitating location and handling; * Conduct monthly stock inventory by performing physical counts and comparing them with electronic records for material forecasting; * Monitor the operational conditions of equipment used during sanitation processes, requesting repair or replacement when necessary, sending equipment for external maintenance, and verifying its full functionality upon return; * File documentation related to material and equipment entries and exits using both physical (folders) and electronic archives; * Account for materials used by ApoioEcolimp through established registration and control systems for monitoring purposes; * Correctly dilute cleaning chemical products following occupational safety recommendations, manufacturer instructions, SDS (Safety Data Sheets), and applied training. * Perform related duties as assigned by higher-level supervisors according to competencies. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract:** CLT
