The candidate will support food organization, cleaning, and preparation, assisting chefs and cooks with various daily kitchen tasks. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in food preparation, following instructions from cooks and head chefs. * Organize and maintain a clean workplace, including countertops, utensils, and kitchen equipment. * Perform cleaning and sanitization of utensils, pots, cutlery, and dishware. * Monitor food inventory, restock as needed, and assist in organizing supplies. * Help store food correctly according to hygiene and food safety standards. * Perform cutting, washing, and preparation of ingredients such as fruits, vegetables, and meats. * Support the team and ensure compliance with food safety procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education. * Prior experience in kitchen operations (preferably in hospitality or restaurants). * Basic knowledge of food handling and good hygiene practices. * Willingness to work collaboratively and follow instructions effectively. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Commitment, punctuality, and proactivity.
