The Legal Controller Analyst is a strategic professional responsible for managing operational routines, deadlines, and performance indicators in law firms, focusing on efficiency, productivity, and quality. This role involves mapping and optimizing processes, implementing technologies, controlling deadlines, and analyzing metrics (KPIs), transforming data into strategic information for decision-making, thereby ensuring greater security and profitability for the business.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* **Deadline and process management:** Rigorous control of procedural and administrative deadlines, monitoring of official publications, notifications, and hearing scheduling.
* **Quality control and workflow management:** Standardization of procedures, document organization and digitization, as well as review of legal documents to mitigate errors.
* **Metrics and reporting (BI):** Preparation of performance reports (KPIs), analysis of profitability per client and/or case, and monitoring of team productivity.
* **Financial management:** Cost control, support in departmental cash flow management, and budget tracking.
* **Compliance and risk management:** Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with legal regulations and mitigation of legal risks.
* **Management tools:** Data entry and management of legal software, and use of Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI). Familiarity with the Legal One system will be considered an advantage.
