Our job postings are also open to persons with disabilities (PCD). \#MedSênior hashtag\#vagas hashtag\#hiring hashtag\#oportunidades hashtag\#tecnologia hashtag\#saúde hashtag\#contratando **Important: We do not charge any fees during our selection processes.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive construction and renovation requests involving company infrastructure; verify supervisor approval and identify vendors to execute services; * Respond to corrective maintenance requests from company-owned units and arrange vendors to fulfill such demands; * Monitor service delivery timelines provided by contracted partners; * Monitor adherence to preventive maintenance schedules across units; * Contact vendors to request quotations for materials and labor services required to meet departmental needs; * Review invoices, verify items and respective quantities against the signed contract, and forward them to the finance department for payment processing; * Comply with institutional procedures, statutes, regulations, and applicable legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; undergraduate studies in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields preferred; * Prior experience in building maintenance is desirable, demonstrating technical and operational knowledge in the field. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance, Gympass, psychological support, birthday leave, and much more.
