Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and talented Engineering Assistant to support the Resident Engineer in planning and executing civil construction projects, ensuring quality and safety. We are looking for a talented and proactive **Engineering Assistant** to join our team at the Recanto do Sol construction site. If you are passionate about civil construction, results-oriented, and eager to be part of a team that values ethics and quality, this opportunity is for you! **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Supporting the Resident Engineer in planning and executing construction projects. * Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications. * Controlling the quality of materials and services delivered. * Performing physical progress measurements and assisting in preparing management reports. * Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and construction quality standards. * Supervising production teams to ensure productivity and alignment with the project schedule, along with other duties relevant to the role. **Essential Requirements:** * Currently enrolled (from the 7th semester onward) or recently graduated in Civil Engineering. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). * Prior experience or internship on construction sites. * Organized, proactive profile with excellent communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of the “Minha Casa, Minha Vida” (MCMV) program and Caixa Econômica Federal’s quality standards. * Familiarity with construction management systems (ERP). **What We Offer:** * Competitive market-based salary. * Transportation Allowance. * Health Insurance Plan. * Dental Insurance Plan. * Meal Allowance of R$1\.100,00\. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
