Inventory and pricing monitoring SALES PROMOTER \- SERRA \- ES \- TECHNOLOGY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Salary: R$ 1850.00 \+ variable bonus up to R$ 850.00 Working hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:48 PM; Benefits: Meal allowance R$32 per day, Transportation allowance (according to route), Health insurance, Dental insurance, GymPass (gym) partnership, Pharmacy partnership, Life insurance, Multilaser discount: 20% discount on purchases via website; Employment Type: Permanent; Main Responsibilities * Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets (sell\-out); * Actively engage consumers with full focus on conversion; * Train and support store teams on brand products; * Implement and maintain POS materials, ensuring visibility and compliance with planograms; * Monitor inventory levels, stockouts, and pricing, reporting identified opportunities and gaps at the POS. * Cover a route of 10 to 20 stores in Greater Vitória and Aracruz. Job Requirements * Completed high school education * Reside in Greater Vitória / Serra * Prior experience as a promoter, sales consultant, or retail salesperson; * Experience in technology categories (electronics, tablets, audio equipment, accessories, etc.); * Strong verbal communication skills, professional demeanor, and proactive commercial profile; * Proactive, communicative, and committed to goals and schedules; * Preferred experience with major national or regional retail chains; * Market knowledge of brands such as Britânia, Philco, Mondial, Elgin, Intelbras, Positivo, TCL, LG, Samsung, Logitech, among others.
