Operational efficiency and quality assurance A metallurgical company seeks an Operations Analyst in Serra. **Responsibilities:** Develop, monitor, and manage production planning, ensuring alignment among demand, production capacity, and resource availability. Supervise the arrival of raw materials and inputs, evaluating production data and production flow to guarantee operational efficiency. Monitor production, quality, and deadline indicators, ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System and achievement of defined targets. Previous experience as Operations Coordinator, Operations Specialist, Process Analyst, or Operations Manager may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
