Integrated collaboration with legal, finance, and operations departments **Description:** JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct quotations, negotiations, and issue purchase orders; Develop and monitor suppliers; Draft, review, and manage supply contracts and service agreements (including maintenance, leasing, technical services, vessels, etc.); Monitor contract validity periods, renewals, amendments, and closures; Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations departments on contract management; Analyze risks and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation; Organize documentation and maintain records of active and closed contracts; Draft, review, and monitor supply contracts and service agreements (including maintenance, leasing, specialized services, and vessel-related contracts); **Track the contractual lifecycle:** signing, validity period, amendments, extensions, financial rebalancing, termination, and closure; Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation; Collaborate integrally with legal, finance, operations, and compliance departments for contract analysis and validation; Analyze contractual risks and propose preventive and mitigating measures; Prepare legal opinions, addenda, responses to notifications, and official correspondence; Manage contract documentation, ensuring version control, validity, and proper archiving. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS **Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in:** Administration, Accounting, Law, or Production Engineering.
