Description

Job Summary: Professional responsible for invoice evaluation and verification, monitoring of requests, tracking of raw material returns, supplier communication, and operational support. Key Highlights: 1. Invoice evaluation and verification, and compliance with tax legislation 2. Monitoring and handling of logistics department email requests 3. Continuous contact with suppliers regarding commercial and tax terms Responsibilities: * Evaluate and verify incoming invoices for raw materials in advance, ensuring alignment with purchase orders, active contracts, and applicable tax legislation. * Monitor, process, and respond to requests received via email from the Logistics department, including technical report requests, invoice adjustments, and/or corrections to purchase orders. * Track, manage, and formalize the entire raw material return process, maintaining constant coordination with Quality, Tax, and Logistics departments to ensure proper documentation, traceability, and adherence to internal workflows. * Maintain continuous contact with suppliers to clarify, confirm, and formalize agreed-upon commercial, tax, and operational terms. * Support analysts in the department with operational and analytical tasks. **Requirements:** * Completed technical education or currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor's program in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel. * Knowledge of and/or experience with SAP ERP.
