Ayko, together to transform! **Responsibilities and duties** * Manage an active customer portfolio, ensuring good relationships and contract continuity; * Act as the communication link between the client and Ayko's technical, operational, and financial departments; * Monitor portfolio performance indicators such as churn and upsell opportunities; * Propose solutions from the Ayko.tech portfolio according to each client's needs; * Maintain updated records in the CRM and meet performance and portfolio growth targets; * Conduct internal customer service via phone, email, and digital tools. **Requirements and qualifications** * High school diploma * Preferred: Bachelor’s degree related to Sales/Marketing/Information Technology * Experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales **Advantages:** * Experience in technology, telecommunications, or integration companies; * Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce or similar). **Additional information** Born as VipRede, Ayko is the result of continuous evolution in the IT sector.
