Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst focused on data to manage flow and leveling, shipment control, optimize routing, and foster a data-driven culture. Key Highlights: 1. Data-driven culture with Power BI dashboard automation We have an opening for a **Senior Logistics Analyst with a data focus**, to work at WAP's branch in Serra, located at SerraPark log/WAP. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM **Responsibilities:** * Flow and Leveling Management: Perform capacity planning and operational production leveling (Heijunka) at the Distribution Center, ensuring workload balance with installed capacity. * Shipment and Transportation Control: Monitor outbound flow to ensure SLA compliance for deliveries and shipment accuracy. * Routing Intelligence: Develop and refine routing strategies to optimize vehicle utilization and reduce freight cost per unit/km. * Data-Driven Culture: Design, maintain, and automate complex Power BI dashboards to track KPIs such as On-Time In-Full (OTIF), Order Cycle Time, Freight Costs, and Productivity per m². * Continuous Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks through statistical analysis and propose improvement projects (Lean Logistics / Six Sigma). **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, and data modeling). * Solid experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS). * In-depth knowledge of production planning and demand leveling methodologies. * Advanced Excel (VBA is a plus). * Experience: Prior experience in large-scale logistics operations (E-commerce, Retail, or Manufacturing). **We Offer:** ***Salary R$ 6,000*** Shuttle transportation Health and dental insurance On-site meals Quarterly and Annual Bonuses Meal allowance Christmas basket +40 benefits Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting from R$6,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance
