





***Main Responsibilities*** * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and purchases of products, supplies, and materials for fuel stations and convenience stores. * Control inventory levels, ensuring continuous supply and avoiding stockouts. * Develop and maintain supplier relationships, evaluating performance, delivery times, and quality. * Analyze commercial proposals, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules. * Monitor goods receipt, inspections, and any returns. * Track purchasing performance indicators such as costs, delivery times, and savings achieved. * Conduct market research to identify new products, trends, and cost reduction opportunities. * Request and follow up on internal purchase approvals according to company policies. * Support operational and management teams regarding specific supply demands. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, current legislation, and best purchasing practices. ***Requirements*** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or Economics. * Previous experience in procurement, preferably in the fuel station and retail sectors. * Knowledge of negotiation processes, price analysis, and supplier management. * Proficiency with procurement systems, ERP, CMV, and spreadsheets. * Organized, with clear communication skills and results-oriented. * Analytical ability, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
