Work model: On-site support at a 3AM IT client location. Contract duration: Indefinite; Business hours; Itaparica, Serra/Vitória. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Monitor CFTV systems in real time and analyze alerts; Take immediate actions, including opening service tickets and contacting authorities when necessary; Record all interventions and ensure proper closure of service tickets; Maintain clear communication with internal and external departments, as well as with individuals responsible for incidents; Prepare reports and proactively contribute to improving monitoring processes. **Qualifications and Requirements:** Easy access to the work location; Knowledge of the activities described; Availability to start immediately.
