Support in proposal development and post-sales follow-up An Electrical Engineering company is seeking an Account Manager in Serra. **Responsibilities:** Manage long-term relationships with the client portfolio, serving as the focal point between technical and commercial departments. Conduct prospecting, acquisition, and negotiation of new revenue streams, maintaining and expanding the client portfolio. Monitor and keep key commercial KPIs up to date, proposing actions to improve results. Provide support in developing commercial proposals and oversee post-sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and business recurrence. Previous experience as Account Manager, Account Coordinator, Account Analyst, or Account Executive may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
