




We are looking for a dynamic, analytical, and results-driven Mid-level E-commerce Analyst. This professional will be responsible for managing campaigns, analyzing sales, and developing strategies to boost the performance of digital channels, with a focus on marketplaces, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should have experience in fast-changing environments, which is essential in the e-commerce and marketplace world, as well as strong analytical skills and intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel spreadsheets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and analyze sales reports and digital channel performance; * Create and manage campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads; * Define and implement growth and profitability strategies across online channels; * Monitor conversion rates, ROI, and CAC metrics; * Negotiate with sales channels and marketplaces to improve margins and product visibility; * Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and pricing teams to ensure optimal operational performance; * Support the team in creating website campaigns and seasonal promotions; * Actively participate in Full (Fulfillment) operations on marketplaces. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, and paid media. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills (reports, dashboards, formulas, data cross-referencing); * Google Ads and Meta Ads; * Marketplace operations (e.g.: Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shopee, Magalu, etc.); * Online pricing and sales strategies; * Desired: Knowledge of automation tools, ERP systems, and e-commerce platforms.
