




Job Summary: This Community Analyst role combines communication, relationship-building, and commercial vision to develop a new acquisition channel through strategic engagement in communities. Our goal is to transform customer service and business management, delivering greater efficiency, convenience, and profitability. **Your Mission** As a Community Analyst, your mission will be to develop Takeat’s new acquisition channel by strategically engaging with both internal communities and external communities — including food service industry groups, events, partners, associations, and ecosystem initiatives. You will be responsible for building relationships, generating value, actively participating in relevant conversations, and converting presence and networking into tangible business opportunities. This role merges communication, relationship-building, and commercial acumen — ideal for professionals who have previously worked as SDRs, BDRs, or in other commercial roles and now seek a more strategic path. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Internal Community Engagement: Create, structure, and manage Takeat’s WhatsApp communities * External Community Engagement: Actively participate in food service industry communities, partner groups, in-person and online events, associations, and sector initiatives. * Relationship Building & Networking: Build authentic connections with restaurant owners, managers, influencers, partners, and industry stakeholders. * Opportunity Generation: Identify qualified leads and commercial opportunities arising from community interactions. * Consultative Approach: Engage potential customers closely, understanding their pain points, context, and buying stage. * Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Route opportunities to the sales team and align messaging, campaigns, and positioning. * Activation & Engagement: Stimulate participation, discussions, and value exchange within communities. * Market Feedback: Share real-world market insights, objections, pain points, and perceptions with Growth, Product, and Sales teams. * Results-Oriented Focus: Work toward goals tied to engagement, leads generated, opportunities, and conversions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Communicative and relational profile: Ability to build connections and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. * Commercial experience: Prior experience as an SDR, BDR, pre-sales representative, consultative sales professional, or similar role. * Strategic mindset: Ability to view communities as both an acquisition channel and a brand positioning tool. * Organizational skills: Structured management of multiple conversations, contacts, and follow-ups. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Curiosity: Genuine interest in the food service industry, technology, and business. Soft Skills Active listening: Understand context before proposing any solution. Proactivity: Actively participate, initiate conversations, and drive momentum in communities. Empathy: Position yourself appropriately without aggressive sales tactics. Networking mindset: Build relationships before selling.
