Everyone is truly welcome here! **Want to be part of this story?** Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us on this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the review and standardization of activation workflows and checklists, ensuring regulatory compliance, efficiency, and minimization of rework. * Monitor and audit registrations, proposing systemic improvements to prevent critical errors (e.g., incorrect tariffing, duplicate consumption points, measurement inconsistencies). * Conduct predictive analysis of activation workflows, identifying structural bottlenecks and proposing solutions that directly reduce average activation time. * Propose the development of activation monitoring dashboards, integrating systems and enabling real-time visibility for leadership and related departments. * Propose and lead continuous improvement projects, such as OS system automations, platform integrations, or interface changes improving internal user experience. * Represent the department in highly complex meetings, strategic client engagements, and technical forums involving engineering, legal, commercial, and IT teams. * Serve as the focal point for interactions with regulatory bodies or external audits regarding activation processes, documentation, and quality standards. * Support and train junior and mid-level analysts by sharing best practices, conducting training sessions, and acting as a technical mentor within the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Management Processes, Logistics, or related fields. * Significant experience in customer service across multiple levels. * Process data analysis and evidence-based technical decision-making. * Planning and organization of routines and operational plans focused on efficiency and predictability. * Quick and assertive decision-making in critical situations. * Clear and objective communication for instructions, reports, and feedback. * Resilience and adaptability in response to unforeseen events, seasonality, and variations in production processes. * Advanced Office Suite and Power BI. **Additional Information** Our PEOPLE are our greatest ENERGY.
