Tembo is a company specialized in technological solutions for the digital market, offering software development services and innovation consulting. **Responsibilities:** Provide support to client and insured companies. Perform life insurance policy transactions for companies, including enrollments, cancellations, and modifications. Provide guidance on products, claims, and procedures. Carry out billing and administrative control activities. Ensure quality and accuracy in processing operational requests. Previous experience as an Operations Assistant, Logistics Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or Process Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
