Knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Assist in maintaining and preventing malfunctions of store equipment according to company procedures; * Perform necessary repairs; * Inspect store lighting to verify failures or absence; * Clean air conditioning units; * Perform minor painting, lock, sink, and basin unclogging repairs, if required; * Support maintenance and infrastructure professionals; * Handle material and equipment movement; * Assist in construction project monitoring; * Support all operational activities within the maintenance area and battery room. Requirements and Qualifications **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed high school education and mandatory NR-10 certification. **Age Range:** Minimum 18 years old. **Experience:** Proven experience in building maintenance. Knowledge in electrical, plumbing, minor repairs, masonry, and basic refrigeration.
