And the open position is for a **Web Designer**. **Location:** SIEG Recife - Boa Viagem **Focus:** Creating and developing visually appealing and functionally efficient website interfaces, ensuring an excellent user experience (UX) and aesthetically pleasing presentation (UI). You will work closely with development, marketing, and product teams to translate client needs and business objectives into innovative digital solutions. **In summary, your responsibilities include:** * Design Creation: Develop visual layouts and interfaces for websites, ensuring both aesthetics and usability. * Responsive Design: Ensure websites perform well across various devices (desktop, tablet, smartphone). * UX/UI: Focus on user experience (UX) and create intuitive, attractive interfaces (UI). * Collaboration with Developers: Work with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs. * Maintenance and Updates: Update and improve existing website designs as needed. * Trend Research: Monitor emerging design trends and apply modern techniques. * Project Management: Organize and prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results. **Important Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Computer Science, or related fields. * Prior experience as a Web Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role. * Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar. * Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles. * Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design best practices. * Strong teamwork and clear, effective communication skills with other departments. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * An updated portfolio showcasing previous work. * Experience with prototyping and collaborative design tools such as InVision, Figma, or Adobe XD. **Don’t Forget These Details:** Workload: 40 hours per week Working Hours: Monday to Friday, either from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Work Mode: Hybrid Internal Process Steps: * Resume screening * Profile mapping Interactive Process Steps: * Online group chat * Behavioral assessment * Technical assessment * Individual interview Now for the best part!
