Support for the development of field teams We are looking for an Agricultural Engineer to prepare evaluation reports and market research studies related to renewable energy projects, with a focus on wind and solar power developments. This professional will play a key role in field data collection and analysis, identification of improvements affected by the projects, and preparation of technical reports to support negotiation, implementation, and development processes of such projects. In addition to technical responsibilities, the professional will also support field team development, contributing to the organization of data collection activities, standardization of procedures, and continuous improvement of deliverable quality. We seek someone with an analytical profile, strong organizational skills, technical responsibility, and interest in working in a dynamic environment involving fieldwork, technical analysis, and project management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise and guide field teams responsible for data collection to compile evaluation reports. * Conduct field surveys to identify improvements, land use, and characteristics of properties impacted by the projects. * Prepare market research technical reports and evaluation reports related to transmission lines (TL), medium-voltage networks (MVN), access roads, and directly affected areas (DAA) of wind farms and solar power plants. * Conduct technical analyses and consolidate data required for report preparation, ensuring methodological consistency and information quality. * Manage evaluation report preparation projects, monitoring schedules, information organization, and deliverables. * Ensure proper organization, traceability, and archiving of documentation comprising the evaluation processes. * Ensure reports and documents comply with applicable technical, legal, and regulatory standards. * Contribute to procedure standardization and continuous improvement of evaluation-related processes. * Support field team training and development, promoting greater autonomy and higher-quality data collection. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering. * Active registration with CREA is desirable. **Technical Knowledge** * Knowledge of rural property valuation, improvements, and market research. * Familiarity with asset valuation methodologies and fundamentals, preferably based on NBR 14\.653\. * Knowledge of agricultural improvements identification. * Experience or interest in infrastructure or renewable energy projects. **Tools and Technologies** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, for preparing technical analyses and reports. * Knowledge of geoprocessing software such as QGIS, Datageosis, or similar tools. * Familiarity with spatial data analysis, maps, and cartographic databases. * Experience organizing and managing technical documents and databases. **Courses and Certifications (Preferred)** * Courses or specializations in rural property valuation or agricultural expert assessments. * Training or experience in valuation methodologies according to ABNT standards. * Experience with technical reports for infrastructure or energy projects. * Knowledge of rural property georeferencing. **Additional Information** Benefits for You * Competitive benefits package; * Learning and development opportunities.
