Join this essential team — MADE BY PEOPLE! **Responsibilities and Duties** Activities for this position: * Implement strategic initiatives for talent attraction and retention at Inec, ensuring alignment with institutional objectives and addressing specific demands. Conduct detailed diagnostics of issues and develop effective action plans, applying thorough and critical analysis to resolve challenges related to employer branding, selection processes, and candidate experience. * Develop strategic partnerships, establishing connections with various internal/external areas and interfaces that add value to Inec, thereby enhancing the attraction of qualified talent. * Lead and actively participate in HR projects, contributing to Inec’s people management strategy. * Support leaders and employees in team development and engagement. * Address ad-hoc requests from Inec and, when necessary, direct them to specialist areas for resolution. * Ensure correct implementation of people and management strategies, guaranteeing that DH area processes and programs are applied effectively. * Coordinate personnel processes and benefit management routines. * Manage training programs within your area of responsibility. * Perform data processing and preparation of managerial reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Willingness to undertake intermunicipal travel.
