Conduct detailed diagnostics of issues and develop effective action plans, applying thorough and critical analysis to resolve challenges related to employer branding, selection processes, and candidate experience. * Develop strategic partnerships, establishing connections with various internal/external areas and interfaces that add value to Inec, thereby enhancing the attraction of qualified talent. * Lead and actively participate in HR projects, contributing to Inec’s people management strategy. * Support leaders and employees in team development and engagement. * Address ad-hoc requests from Inec and, when necessary, direct them to specialist areas for resolution. * Ensure correct implementation of people and management strategies, guaranteeing that DH area processes and programs are applied effectively. * Coordinate personnel processes and benefit management routines. * Manage training programs within your area of responsibility. * Perform data processing and preparation of managerial reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Willingness to undertake intermunicipal travel.
