Implementing technological solutions and supporting the selection of raw materials Process Engineering Specialist Position Description: We are seeking a Process Engineering Specialist to join our team. The professional will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing production processes to achieve continuous improvement and operational efficiency for the company. Responsibilities: * Plan, execute, and promote improvements in manufacturing processes; + Contribute to increased production efficiency and waste reduction; + Implement technological solutions aimed at process improvement; + Support the selection of raw materials used in production; + Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for processes; + Monitor and control inputs used in the production process. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields within the automotive sector (a postgraduate degree is a plus); + Experience with product manufacturing processes and production system development; + Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and Lean Manufacturing; + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel (Power BI is considered a plus); + Technical English; + Willingness to reside in PE or PB.
