**UI/UX \- Digital Experience Analyst**
**We’re looking for talents like you:**
* Graduates in Systems Engineering, Communications, or related fields.
* Completion of courses or specializations in UX.
* 3 to 5 years of experience performing the responsibilities outlined below.
* Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Office suite and related software.
**Your day-to-day in this role:**
* Continuously seek industry best practices and opportunities for digital channel transformation, benchmarking against peers and other industries.
* Manage opportunity discovery processes and solution delivery.
* Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment between channel and business objectives and the functionalities of various platforms.
* Constantly analyze existing user flows to identify improvement opportunities.
* Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and usability testing results.
* Monitor and manage key platform performance indicators.
* Develop deep knowledge of emerging technologies, trends, and existing solutions.
* Conduct research and benchmarking.
* Prototyping.
* Lead the development team by gathering and documenting user stories.
* Conduct User Testing with usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of proposed designs and collect user feedback.
* Organize and lead focus groups to obtain qualitative insights into user experience.
