This person will be the central point for organizing the office, managing deadlines, assigning tasks, and monitoring the entire team's performance. **Responsibilities:** * Assign tasks and responsibilities among lawyers and interns; * Monitor and ensure compliance with procedural deadlines; * Track team performance and prepare productivity reports; * Standardize documents, legal filings, and internal workflows; * Supervise the use of the legal software system and maintain updated data; * Support management in analyzing results and implementing improvements. **Requirements and Experience:** * Law degree with active OAB registration; * Experience with customer conversation and case management systems (CRM and WhatsApp conversation management tools); * Prior experience in legal controllership or law firm management; * Knowledge of legal software systems (Projuris, CPJ, or similar); * Organized, analytical profile with leadership skills; * Strong communication skills and strategic vision.
