Basic knowledge of apparel product development. Familiarity with pattern making and garment manufacturing processes. Knowledge of technical specification sheet preparation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Desired knowledge of graphic software (Illustrator, CorelDRAW). Prior experience in the field is desirable. Performance Indicators % of technical specification sheets delivered without errors. Time taken to update technical specification sheets. Adherence to the product development schedule deadlines. Number of reworks on pilot garments. Level of organization and updating of files. Accuracy rate of registered SKUs. AP 2 Response time to team requests. Assist in product development by preparing technical drawings and sketches. Create and update collection tracking maps (line plans). Create, review, and update technical specification sheets for garments. Input and update SKUs in the system. Detail technical specifications: materials, measurements, trims, and finishes. Monitor pilot garment production (prototyping). Support fitting sessions and adjustments with pattern makers and seamstresses. Record modifications made to garments and update technical documents. Ensure alignment with the stylist throughout development. Organize the design and prototyping department. Maintain up-to-date physical and digital files (references, specification sheets, drawings). Manage historical records of collections and brand materials. Support the team with operational tasks within the department.
