Job Summary: A professional to coordinate teams, monitor and ensure construction quality, manage materials and documentation, and maintain construction site organization. Key Highlights: 1. Manage workforce and construction site **Minimum Requirements:** Technical course in Building Construction is a plus. Experience in civil engineering and installation projects. Own vehicle for travel between our construction sites. Computer Skills: Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel (experience with AutoCAD and Project is preferred). **Skills and Competencies:** Ability to execute construction work in accordance with legal procedures and project specifications. Ability to coordinate teams to ensure construction proceeds according to schedule. Ability to receive materials and verify that deliveries match orders. Ability to monitor topographic and planialtimetric surveys. Ability to monitor technological control of materials and soil for high-quality construction. Ability to read and understand submitted project documents. Fieldwork monitoring skills, including measurements, verifications, etc. Basic knowledge of electrical and hydraulic installations. **Responsibilities:** Accurately complete forms, spreadsheets, and other documents. Handle correspondence and document processing. Receive suppliers, service providers, and clients. Maintain a clean and organized construction site. Monitor and issue construction reports (daily, weekly, etc.). Monitor and ensure quality and deadlines for construction activities. Own vehicle preferred for travel between construction sites in the Campinas region. Availability to work outside standard hours and on weekends.
