




Job Summary: Provide IT support and infrastructure services, including incident management, service delivery, new store deployments, and troubleshooting, with emphasis on security and availability. Implementing solutions and tools, as well as managing backups Collaborate with the IT support and infrastructure team (incidents, services, and new stores) and conduct root-cause troubleshooting; Analyze and inventory the current environment and infrastructure; propose and implement solutions focused on security and availability. Deploy tools, support procedures, network links, and other IT requirements. Manage backups and departmental KPIs; Configure and maintain stable, available store environments—both physical and virtual; Define and develop architectures for physical and virtual environments; Support technical training for the support team; **Desired Knowledge:** Networking knowledge (protocols, routing, gateways) and security; Strong expertise in Windows and Linux servers and networks, Active Directory (AD), Office 365, Zabbix, VPN, FortiGate; Windows Server, Group Policies, GPO, DNS, DHCP, Hyper\-V, File Server; **Education:** Completed Bachelor's degree in IT; specializations in security and networking are desirable.
